Tim has over 25 years of experience running and leading commercial, digital businesses. He currently runs his own business, Deep Cove, which provides strategy consulting for growth-focused businesses from start-up, through SME to mature companies. He works in the FinTech, SaaS, EdTech, Wealth Management and Education sectors and has delivered programmes into the Legal and Sports Sponsorship industries too. He is focused on working with firms and individuals that want to innovate and disrupt markets.
From 2012-2018 Tim was Managing Director of RaboDirect in Ireland where he was responsible for building the business to become Ireland’s market-leading Savings & Investment specialist bank with a savings book of over €6bn.
Tim is an experienced General Manager with deep domain experience in the area of branding & positioning, CRM & analytics, Customer Success, digital transformation, UX Design, talent development, organisation change and programme management.
Tim has worked in Permanent TSB, ESB, IBM and NatWest Bank too in senior, commercial roles.
Tim has an MBA, is an angel investor and a mentor to high-potential individuals and start-ups. He is a Non-Exec Director of several start-ups and a Not For Profit organisation.
