Qualified Accountant and worked with PWC; Financial Director of Norish Plc; and owner and promoter of Castlecool (1994-2014). Started out in Finance and Accounting, but discovered a flair for Sales & Marketing, enabling the growth of the various companies. Acquired the Food Park at Lough Egish in 2006, and project managed several successful processing operations onto the site.
In 2014 established a Business Consultancy company and have been providing business consultancy to various companies seeking to acquire, expand or develop their businesses. Paul is a member of the E.I. & LEO mentor panels since 2014 and has mentored various industries and individuals since then. He is a director of several Not-for-Profit organisations.
