Pat is a Business Consultant and Services Provider with 30+ years’ experience of working in Multinational IT companies of which 22 were in Microsoft. Pat held various senior positions in Microsoft Localization Development teams. His final position was Director of EMEA Xbox Localization Development.
Key skills are leadership and people development with experience of working in a multi-cultural environment across global teams. Initiating and driving change together with strategic thinking are core capabilities. Pat has in-depth experience in site leadership and Corporate Governance. Pat has extensive localization/development knowledge in particular Xbox Games, outsourcing, product development and media. He enjoy’s working with people on innovative ideas whether that is process or product.
Pat is a qualified executive coach and through the EI Mentoring program working with people to enable them to bring their product ideas to life while helping them develop professionally and personally.
