With a strong digital background, Natalie is the former EMEA Director for New Business in Google and managed a multi-million-dollar organisation. Throughout her career, Natalie has supported company business strategies ranging from SMBs to global enterprises, international and domestic. She has built transformative go-to-market strategies for a series of companies, adapting commercial strategy to take advantage of market advantages and head winds.
Natalie’s work with the senior leaders of indigenous Irish brands helped them address internal sales challenges and maximise market opportunities with a strong problem-solving focus. Natalie is qualified and accredited by Oxford Brookes University, the Google Leadership Lab, Michael Smurfit School of Business and Irish Management Institute. She is the Managing Director of The Selling Labs, a consultancy in Dublin specialising in sales and she is a consultant on the PWC Leadership Transformation programme ‘My Way’. Natalie is an experienced facilitator and received 100% positive feedback for her recent ‘Leadership in Covid Workshop’ held in November 2020. Her work skilling up the senior leadership team of Citigroup and Bristol Myers Squibbs received a 100% positive evaluation rating.
