I have worked for the last 20 years as General Manager and Commercial Director across both the UK and Ireland for Nutricia Medical, a subsidiary of Danone, specializing in the prescription and non-prescription Medical Nutrition sector with exceptional knowledge of both the HSE and the NHS and their internal workings, in a public procurement and non-procurement setting. More recently I have successfully acted as an advisor to a collaboration between the Food Health Institute (FHI) in UCD and the Dairy Industry on mapping potential commercial pathways for a novel Intellectual Property they have developed.
