Liesl Keen is an industrial-organisational psychology and human resources professional with 20 years’ experience in Multi-National-Companies MNC’s and Governments as a manager, consultant and coach. She has worked directly with Boards of Directors on strategic organisational and business transformation projects. She has worked in Southern Africa, Middle East and Europe. The industries she has worked in includes various manufacturing operations, telecommunications, supply chain, oil, gas and nuclear energy.
Liesl specialises in leadership and management coaching with a specific focus in neuroscience. She further supports companies with psychometric assessments, talent management and development, succession planning, building effective teams, strategic HR management and organisational development.
