She has lived and worked in the US for BBN Planet – founding fathers of the internet. Fiona is an experienced Senior Management professional with over 25 years sales and marketing experience, 12 years of which was spent working in the highly competitive telecommunications and internet sectors. Head of Sales at Eircom.net (Irish Telecom Company with revenues of over $2.5billion) Fiona was responsible for development and execution of the sales strategy across all market segments. This included the creation; development and mentoring of large cross sector sales teams.
Her passion is to enable companies to increase trust, staff engagement and organisational effectiveness for the long-term and deliver sustainable results. She is currently President of PWN Dublin (Professional Women’s Network), She leads a board of volunteers who create a series of events and the first Global Gender Balanced Leadership Awards in Dublin in 2019.
