Operations Framework

Operations is about the design, delivery and improvement of the systems that create and deliver a company’s products and services based on customer’s requests. How companies organize their resources to deliver on their set objectives. Understanding your processes and systems from when a customer order comes in to when it is delivered to customer specifications. How to best steer, shape, plan and control, and improve operations to better meet customer request. What is needed, when it is needed and in the amount needed.

This Operations framework guides you on how best to improve your company’s productivity, competitiveness and sustainability. How to get the best from your people and business. The overarching principles of the Operations Framework are Green (Environmental best practice) and Lean (Operations and Business Management best practice). The operations framework aims to encourage clients to adopt Green and Lean business principles in their organizations to increase performance and competitiveness with reduced environmental impact. Green and Lean tools and techniques are helping companies across the globe to address competitiveness and climate change issues within their businesses by building the capability of their people to identify problems and improve operations.
