Forum Overview
The HPSU Founders Forum is a network of peer founders who help, challenge and support each other to scale globally. Enterprise Ireland have partnered with Select Strategies to give founders an environment to address issues, share challenges, seek support, reflect and learn from experienced founders and from founders who are further along the journey.
Founders meet reqularly in facilitated groups to share and tackle their toughest problems using startup best practices and action learning. The Forum also provides opportunities to learn from key experts on product-market fit, building international sales, leadership and team building and funding and finance through a series of topic-based clinics and guest speakers.
For founders seeking to accelerate the growth of their business the Forum is an invaluable support resource. The Founders Forum is for:
– both new and seriel CEO founders alike who are seeking to accelerate the growth of their business.
– HPSU Accelerate clients and who have typically received Enterprise Ireland investment support.
Forum Content
Founders Forum meets four times a year in January, March, June and October. Founders are invited to join the Forum automatically following their investment approval.
Learning Approach
Facilitated founder group, topic based clinics and One to One Implementation Support.
Facilitated Founder Groups
Founders are assigned to a peer group of CEO founders who they will work with in a trusted and safe environment providing a network beyond the Forum.
Facilitated Sessions
3 x 1-1 sessions with assigned founder group facilitator who are experienced CEOs of startups themselves. The role of the facilitators is to challenge and support CEOs in leading the business and implementing best practice within it.
Expert Learning
Participation in clinics on product market fit; building international sales; leadership and team building and funding and finance led by key experts. The clinics are a unique opportunity to learn from the experts with the conversation in the room led by the founders themselves.
Programme Partners
Fees
Membership of the Forum is subsidised by Enterprise Ireland. The direct cost to companies to join the Forum is €1,215. Total membership cost is €6,060 per company. Enterprise Ireland grant aids the additional €4,845 via De Minimis funding.
Fees include participation at all events and meals. For companies with co-founders who would like to join, an additional fee will apply.

Membership of the Forum is made as part of your application for HPSU funding investment. Founders will automatically be invited to join following investment approval in January, March, June or October as appropriate.
