Business Navigator is a key strategic element for company growth and sustainability. Our Business Navigator programme will help you to develop a simple and practical strategic growth plan that engages your team and enables you to achieve your growth ambitions.
This programme is aimed at CEOs and two senior team members.
Learning outcomes
On completing this programme you will have:
- Produced and implemented a practical business plan to deliver business growth.
- Establish internal processes to communicate the business plan to key stakeholders within the business.
- Developed the confidence and capability to further adapt the plan to address changing market needs.
Format
The programme is delivered online over 8 weeks and includes:
- Pre-work activities and templates
- Facilitated virtual sessions with exercises and work shopping
- Virtual 1:1 support meetings to embed learning and maintain progress
Short pre-work and benchmarking exercise.
Three Virtual Masterclasses: work ‘on’ your business with your management team using practical tools in a highly engaging workshop format with expert facilitation. Design and deliver an implementable, practical business plan that is focused on growth. Differentiate between tactical and strategic planning and build action plans around both. Network and enjoy peer to peer learning with like-minded companies. The masterclasses will provide a very clear blueprint for further development in “one to one” sessions.
Three half hour “one to one” sessions: The Business Navigator programme is focused on outputs and the mentoring sessions are customised to your needs to ensure you produce a growth focused plan. These sessions assure staged-based progress and challenge teams in their preparation and completion of their plans.
Final benchmarking exercise and presentation of business plan.

Fees
Companies pay €300, which allows you to bring up to 3 participants on the programme which we strongly encourage.
Who should apply
The CEO/MD of your company and 2 others from the management team should participate on this programme. Enterprise Ireland supports the overall costs.
